Abstract
This thesis is focused on the design of heating and cooling in an administrative building with a café. The first part is focused on the construction part of the project documentation. The second part focuses on technical equipment of buildings, namely the design of heating and cooling. A ground/water heat pump with a deep-sea borehole is used as a heat source. Capillary mats are used for heating and cooling. Next, it deals with hot water heating.
