Pasportizace administrativní budovy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with building passportization and its software support. The aim is to create a three-dimensional, construction and technical passport of an administrative building in an environment of a FM software support. In the introduction we generally describe facility management and its use in management and operation of buildings, we also deal with passportization and define particular passports. In the next chapters we deal with the methodology of coding and software support. In the practical part we create individual passports of the chosen building, which is a city hall in Valašské Meziříčí, with pit-FM software and a model maintenance plan based on the findings from the theoretical part of this thesis. These outputs are included in the appendices. This bachelor thesis has 47 numbered pages.
