Abstract

Dostavba a rekonstrukce zámeckého areálu Jezdkovice Tato diplomová práce řeší konverzi zámeckého areálu v obci Jezdkovice nedaleko Opavy. Smyslem projektu je z části vytvořit nové centrum obce, společně s využitím zámku, který nyní slouží jako obecní úřad, obchod a knihovna. Součástí návrhu je dostavba zámeckého areálu a jeho ucelení, zároveň se diplomová práce zaměřuje na dotvoření zámeckého parku. Návrh vychází z požadavků zadavatele a je doplněno o další funkční využití pro potřeby obce. Cílem je ucelení a dosáhnutí vzrůstu areálu, jeho zkulturnění a zamezení jeho degradaci. Práce obsahuje analytickou část řešeného území a jejího blízkého okolí, vyhodnocení těchto analýz, dále pak typologickou část řešených funkcí a následně urbanistické řešení areálu a architektonický návrh vybraných objektů.

0.64.100.100 Completion and reconstruction of the Jezdkovice castle complex This diploma thesis deals with the conversion of the castle grounds in the village of Jezdkovice near Opava. The purpose of the project is partly to create a new center of the village, together with the use of the castle, which now serves as a municipal office, shop and library. Part of the design is the construction of the castle grounds and its completeness, at the same time the thesis focuses on the completion of the castle park. The design is based on the client's requirements and is supplemented by other functional uses for the needs of the municipality. The goal is to complete and achieve the growth of the area, its culturalization and prevention of its degradation. The thesis contains an analytical part of the area being addressed and its immediate surroundings, an evaluation of these, then a typological part of the addressed functions, followed by an urban design of the area and an architectural design of selected objects.
