Abstract

This thesis addresses the design of a control panel for a single-purpose machine and the retrospective verification of the safety of this machine. In this case, it is a tilting table. The thesis includes a basic description and the use of programs that were utilized during the creation of the thesis, as well as an analysis of the ISO 13849-2 standard. Furthermore, the work discusses the safety of the machinery, i.e., risks during operation and safety features of the equipment. Another part of the thesis focuses on identifying external influences and creating technical documentation for the control panel of the tilting table. It lists the modules that were used, their basic parameters and principles. This section also mentions the method of parameterization of programmable automatons, which is essential for the subsequent work of programmers. The final part of the thesis is devoted to a brief description of the overall machine production, possibilities for its practical application, and the costs incurred in production.
