Abstract

Bachelor´s dissertation solve the range of required knowledge of a competent person in risk prevention. It´s describing basic terms in risk prevention, variety of risk factors that occure in the workplaces, employee´s and employer´s responsibilities in terms of risk prvention and health and safety, requirements for getting the professional competence and requirements for primary knowledge of a competent person for industry area using Ishikawa diagram. Goal of this dissertation is to work up proposal for another education activities of a competent persons in the risk prevention. Part of the proposal are processed possibillities for continous education of a competent persons and ways of periodic exams from professional competence.
