Abstract

The thesis is devoted to selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization. The aim of my thesis was to determine the current state of selection and adaptation of employees in the company Provident Financial s. r. o.. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the introduction I describe the subject and content of my thesis. Theoretical section further clarifies the concepts of selection and adaptation of employees. The practical part is devoted to presentation of Provident Financial s. r. o. and I analyze their process of selection and adaptation. To understand the current situation of selection and adaptation of employees in the company I used an interview method, questionnaire and analysis of internal company documents. Based on my findings from the analysis I have created some recommendations that could lead to a more effective choosing system process. At the end I summarized the content and results of my thesis.
