Podnikání v mezinárodní automobilové dopravě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na malé a střední podnikání v mezinárodní automobilové dopravě. Cílem této práce byla analýza současného stavu podniku pomocí externí, finanční a SWOT analýzy a návrh řešení pro zlepšení zjištěného stavu. V první, teoretické části, jsem se věnoval vymezení malého a středního podnikání. Přiblížil jsem teorii externí analýzy, která zahrnuje teorii analýzy makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. První část práce dále obsahuje teorii finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice podniku INA TRANS spol. s r.o. Ve třetí, analytické části, jsem se věnoval externí analýze, finanční analýze a na základě zjištěných poznatků SWOT analýze. Čtvrtá závěrečná část mé práce je věnována návrhům a doporučením, ke kterým jsem dospěl na základě provedených analýz. Navrhovaná řešení jsou následující: rozšíření vozového parku pomocí operativního leasingu, zavedení systému řízení pohledávek, pořízení monitorovacího systému a pořízení zákaznických karet pro čerpáni pohonných hmot.

My Bachelor Thesis is focused on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises of International Lorry Transport. The aim of this study is to analyze the actual state of the firm by the help of external, financial and SWOT analysis and to propose to solutions to improve the recognized state. In the first theoretical part of the thesis I focused on determination of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. I described the definition of external analysis including macro and micro environment. The theory of the financial analysis and SWOT analysis follows in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis is focused on characterization of the firm INA TRANS spol. s r. o. In the third analytical part of the thesis I focused on the external analysis, financial analysis and on the basis of acquired information and knowledge I carried out the SWOT analysis. The fourth final part of the thesis is focused on proposals and recommendations, which I propose on the basis of carried out analyses. The proposed solutions are following: to extend the vehicle fleet by the operational leasing, to establish the system of the control of the outstanding debts, to acquire the monitoring equipment and to acquire custom cards to fill up the tank of fuel.
