Analýza spasmu a pohybu pacienta pro indikaci patologických stavů

Abstract

Epilepsy affects one percent of the population approximately is caused by abnormal electrical activity in brain cells. These abnormalities may affect only a certain part and in that case this is a partial seizure, or they may extend to the whole brain and such generalized seizure typically goes together with convulsions and coma. The aim of this work is develop a measuring chain, which detects vibrations caused by generalized seizure. This work deals with theoretical analysis of mechanical sensors for movement or vibrations measuring, identifying and assembling the most suitable measuring chain. Next parts of the work are about data acquisition and processing.
