Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis „Analysis of the Staff Education and Training Process” is describe and analyze the system of education and training evaluation. The topic is describe both in terms of theoretical and practical site.
The first part is devoted to theoretical solutions background to the topic. The main point of second part is analyze of TEVOS Ltd. Company. The company system education and evaluation of training are describe in current status. The final part deals with the practical proposals for improvement of methodology.
