Abstract

This master thesis is aimed on strategic analysis of selected business company. Analysis has been done by chosen methods. On the beginning there are definitions which are connected with strategic analysis and chosen methods for strategic analysis. In next chapter is described chosen company. Following part is practical, where methods described in theoretical section are applied to the chosen company. On conclusion are written suggestions and recommendation.
