Theme: An Analysis of an Employee Motivation System in Selected Company Author: Veronika Pavelková

The objective of this thesis is an analysis of factors, which influence the employee motivation and furthermore to improve the motivation system for employees in S - Kunststofftechnik s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on a specification of basic terms related to the employee motivation. In the practical part there is an introduction of the company, which gave the chance to write this thesis. Further a description follows, which characterizes the current motivation system in S - Kunststofftechnik s.r.o. Its quality was verified by a questionnaire. According to this survey there will be given a recommendation to the company. In case when suggestions would be implemented in S - Kunststofftechnik s.r.o. there is a possibility of increasing its employee motivation.
