Abstract

This bachelor thesis studies the temperature sensors, their principles, followed by creating temperature optical sensor based on fiber Bragg grating. Firstly the today most widespread temperature sensors and their distribution is described. Furthermore the functionality of optical sensors based on Bragg grating is outlined in more detail. The main goal of this thesis is creation of optical sensor specially aimed at measuring body temperature. In the practical part, there is an analysis, proposals of the implementation and the implementation itself. Finally, the two created optical sensors are reviewed and then compared against the competitor's tools for temperature measurement.
