Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused to section of Development of the Organization Human Potential in On semiconductor Czech Republic, s.r.o company. In this project are explained methods of education employees, system of training and rating of employees.

Theoretical part is focused on human potentional, which is a significant factor for future prosperity of company.

In an analytical part I find out intensity of education, training of employees and level of human potentional. The main goal of my work was find out danger sections by studying available documents, by questioning and by conversations with employees.

The final part contains suggestions and recommendations for improvement current situation in section of education and training of employees.
