Abstract

The subject of this thesis is a management theory and a strategy analysis of the following development of firm. The first chapter defines the analysis theory from the point of view of strategic management creation. In the practical part there processed a deep strategy analysis of the enterprise and on it´s basis there is demanded a relevant corporate strategy.
