Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and preparation of construction documentation for the execution of a multifunctional building located in the municipality of Horní Suchá. The building includes an administrative section, employee apartments, and a café, and is based on previous architectural studies developed within the courses Studio Work 3, 4, and 5. The design complies with the current Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll. The structure employs a frame structural system with glued laminated timber trusses, a gable roof, a stone facade, and a glazed roof strip. The thesis includes both textual and drawing documentation, complete with visualizations and lists of building components.
