This bachelor thesis is focused on setting up a company, concretely the Limited company, and business plan. Goal of this thesis is providing continuous manual to on-coming enterprisers how set up company and create business plan. Theoretic part contains many terms, which is important for enterpriser. It is important for understanding, because he will need them for all time during his way to own company. For example that is company, business property or Register of Companies. In practical part is defined clear manual of setting up the Limited Company from making partnership contract up to record to Register of Companies. This part is related to business plan, which is about imaginary company. Next is analyze of risk, which is connect with function of firm with suggestion how eliminate these risks and evaluation of intensity the setting up company.
