Abstract

The work proposes to describe existing marketing communication of Hello language school which refer to their customer of Economical faculty students VSB-TUO Ostrava and propose and recommended improvement of these marketing communication. In theoretical part I describe the basic terms for marketing communication, process of communication, communication objectives, strategies and also basic tools of marketing communication. Analytical part was processed by questionnaire survey. Questionnaire survey was aimed to the tools and chosen characteristics of marketing communication especially web sites, slogan and logo of Hello language school. As respondent I chosen students of Economical faculty VSB-TUO Ostrava. The results of marketing communication analysis was used as a basis for changes in marketing communication of Hello language school which I described in part number six.
