Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the foreign business in Austria. Austria is the member of European Union. In the first part there are informations and regulations in force for all European Union. Followed by the chapter about overall cooperation of the Czech Republic abroad. The next section describes the various procedures and regulations in force in Austria. There are especially processes used in establishment of company and legal formalities in Austria and how we can establish the branch in abroad. There are described up to date situations of Austrian labour market and regulations which have to be followed by employer. Bachelor thesis can be auxiliary material for businessmen who need to obtain the informations within the frame of business in Austria.
