Hospodaření místní správy – právní a ekonomické aspekty

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením místní správy, a to z právního i ekonomického hlediska, se zaměřením na obce. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s místní správou a územními samosprávnými celky. Práce dále analyzuje hospodaření obcí z ekonomického pohledu, přičemž se věnuje i právním aspektům jejich finančního hospodaření. Praktická část je věnována hospodaření vybrané obce a podrobné analýze konkrétního investičního projektu. Cílem práce je posoudit efektivitu hospodaření vybrané obce a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout možná doporučení ke zlepšení jejího finančního řízení.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the management of local government from both legal and economic perspectives, with an emphasis on municipalities. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to local government and territorial self-governing units. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the economic aspects of municipal management, while also addressing the legal aspects of their financial operations. The practical part is devoted to the management of a selected municipality and a detailed analysis of a specific investment project. The aim of the thesis is to assess the efficiency of the selected municipality's financial management and, based on the findings, propose possible recommendations for improving its financial governance.
