Abstract
The aim was to analyze stocks by using several methods: ABC method, XYZ method and methods of analysis of turnover, followed by suggestion for improvement.
The first part is focused on theoretical and methodological issues. This section includes and explains the important concepts. The second, practical part, involves the introduction of the company. Then there is described how is the purchasing done. Finally, there are used three methods of stocks management for this particular company. Suggestions and recommendations that bring some improvements for the company are in the last part.
