Analýza procesu dodavatelské kvality v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the supplier quality process in an industrial company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state, evaluate it and, if necessary, to determine suggestions for improving the process. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic background such as concepts, principles and process approach in the quality management system or also introducing the tools that will be used in the practical part. The practical part deals with the analysis of the supplier quality process system in the company, but also the identification of weak points for which measures are proposed, some of which have been implemented.
