Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the principle of multilevel marketing (next MLM) and ways to stimulate job performance distributors. I explain the terms used in the MLM system in the theoretical part, basic information about MLM business principles, history and evolution to the present. Particular attention I dedicate to the way in MLM distributors how are they stimulated and stimulating what tools to use in company. In the practical part, I analyzed the stimulation of selected distributors in the Amway Czech Republic, s.r.o. I explaine how the system of MLM, applied in a society works, what products offers and sells, how distributors are working, which tools for stimulus are used, and that stimulants are effective and lead distributors to higher work performance. Based on these findings, I set out recommendations to improve stimulation and suggest solutions for better and more effective ways of stimulating distributors to higher job performance.
