Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the job satisfaction of employees in the chosen department of a financial company based on specific criteria by means of a questionnaire. The first section focuses on literature review and explains the basic concepts that are needed to understand the issue of job satisfaction. Moreover, it discusses factors that affect job satisfaction in relation to job dissatisfaction in the last paragraph. Methodology focuses on the characteristics of the company and the department in which the research was conducted. It provides a detailed description of the quantitative method that was used to obtain data for the final section. The final section includes an analysis and evaluation of the results obtained from the questionnaire and suggests recommendations to increase job satisfaction among employees.
