Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on developing a business plan company. The aim was to create an effective and viable business plan in particular. I start from the theoretical Basis. In the theoretical part, explains the underlying concepts of the company foundation. The practical part is focused on creating a specific business plan. Emphasis was placed on the exact characteristics of the company. Thorough SWOT analysis, through which it was possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Part of the thesis was the implementation of e-commerce. The analysis was complemented by an electronic questionnaire, which focused on the user's e-tailers and their practical experience of purchasing on the Internet. The results of the questionnaire results emerged, which were represented by synoptic charts. Research fell as expected. Objectives of the Bachelors thesis have been met.
