Abstract
This bachelor theses is focused on a system of rewarding in a social enterprise. The issue of a system of rewarding is applied to production team Irisa. The fulfillment of standards performance has been analysed from system of rewarding point of view. Furthermore, there was a questionnaire survey has been performed with a focus on the exploration of employee satisfaction in the team production Irisa. Based on the findings, suggestions and recommendations which could possibly lead to improvement of the system of rewarding and employee satisfaction are formulated.
