Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraných obchodních společnostech

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity ve vybraných obchodních společnostech. Začátek práce se věnuje významu slova benefit, jeho hlavní úlohou v motivaci zaměstnanců a využití v rámci personálního marketingu. Součástí této kapitoly je také členění benefitů, které je dále využito v praktické části. Teoreticko-praktická část vymezuje benefity z právního, účetního a daňového hlediska. V poslední části práce je provedena analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů dvou obchodních korporací. Dle výsledků této analýzy jsou společnostem navrhnuta doporučení. Součástí této práce jsou také reakce společností na nastalou situaci s COVID-19.

The diploma thesis deals with employee benefits in selected business companies. The beginning of the thesis is focused on the meaning of the word “benefit”, how important benefits are for employee motivation and how to use them in personnel marketing. A breakdown of benefits, which is further used in the practical part, is also part of this chapter. The theoretical-practical part defines the benefits from a legal, accounting and tax point of view. In the last part of the work there is an analysis of employee benefits of two business corporations. According to the results of this analysis, recommendations are proposed to the companies. The reactions of companies to the situation regarding COVID-19 are also included in this thesis.
