Územní studie využití rozvojové zóny v Ostravě Hrušově

Abstract

This diploma project proposes build-up area of buildings for light industry in development zone in Ostrava – Hrusov. Project is elaborated by variations. First, theoretically knowledge are resumed, especially knowledge, which refer about legislation. Then, general knowledge about area is mentioned. Practical part encompasses factual variants of resolution, which are completed by necessary design documentation. In the end, selected variant is reviewed by economically side. Work is completed by volume study of selected construction. The work was elaborated on the basis of knowledge, which was gained during bachelor and back-to-back magister studies, and of tuitions with experts at particular problems. The work will service to internal needs of municipality of Ostrava city as an one of potential alternatives by final decision making of area usage.
