Zhodnocení benefitů a motivace ve vybrané průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze employee satisfaction with motivation and provided benefits. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts of motivation, work motivation, satisfaction and benefits. The practical part is focused on ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. This part is devoted to the description of the company and then to the outputs of the questionnaire survey, which was focused on employee satisfaction with the current motivation and set benefits in the company. The final part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the proposals and recommendations that could contribute to the improvement of work motivation and satisfaction of employees and thus to support their work efforts.
