Analýza rozvojového potenciálu policie ČR – Krajského ředitelství Ústeckého kraje - v kontextu zapojení do programu přeshraniční spolupráce EU

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracována analýza čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie v programovacím období 2007-2013 v rámci přeshraniční spolupráce EU Krajským ředitelstvím policie Ústeckého kraje. V první části jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní aspekty financování z fondů Evropské unie v kontextu EU, České republiky, Ústeckého kraje a Krajského ředitelství policie Ústeckého kraje včetně náhledu do historie V další části je zpracována analýza čerpání finančních prostředků v rámci programu Cíle 3, ze které pak vychází další kapitola a tou je návrh nového projektu z nevyčerpaných finančních prostředků. Na konci práce je uveden soubor opatření směřující k lepšímu využití finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie v rámci Krajského ředitelství policie Ústeckého kraje.

The submitted work deals with the analysis of deriving financial resources from the EU funds, concerning the period of 2007 – 2013 within the EU cross-border cooperation with the Regional Directory of Police of the Czech Republic - the Department Ústí Region. The first part describes and explaines the basic aspects of financing from the funds of the EU in the context of the EU, the Czech Republic, the Ústí Region and the Regional Directory of Police of the Czech Republic - the Department Ústí Region including the historical references. The next chapter presents the analysis of the actual use of the financial resources within the programme “Cíl 3” (and this part of work further provides the base) which provides the basis for the following chapter of the work that deals with the proposal of the new project suggesting the use of the remaining financial resources. There is a set of measures suggested in the conclusion which should head towards the enhanced use of the EU financial resources within the Regional Directory of Police of the Czech Republic - the Department Ústí Region.
