Analýza hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů výrobního podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focund on the analysis of the selection and evaluation of suppliers by using the multiple criteria decision. The theoretical part discribes the purchasing process, system of the building and development supplier-customer relationship and specify elements and methods of the multiple criteria decision. In the practical part there is described the currnet process of selection and evaluation of suppliers in the manufacturing company. The final section contains suggestions fot the improvement the system of the evaluation supppliers in the company. The evaluation criteria there are extended and there are determined new weights of criteria by using the method of the alloaction 100 points.
