Úprava procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti JOB AIR Technic a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of recruitment and selection of employees in the JOB AIR Technic a.s. Company. The first part is focused on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature. In the second part there are described the current process of recruiting and selecting employees in chosen organization. Based on the questionnaire investigation are created recommendations for improvement of the processes of employee recruitment and selection in the JOB AIR Technic a.s. Company. Finally, there is conclusion of the whole bachelor thesis.
