Abstract
The main subject of this diploma theis research is to evaluate the on-line presentation of Language School Hello. In the past, similar research has already been provided, but found deficiencies appear to be persistent and this work reveals many more. The aim of the work is not to solve these problems, but to determine their underlying causes. This qualitative research was used, in which the source of information is the users themselves through user testing. The scenario was an testing instrument that was developed after a thorough web design analysis of the site Language School Hello. The secondary assessment is based on heuristic analysis and literature. Identified a major problem is complicated navigation and visual similarity of all the subsites so that the user is on the web easily lost. Based on the testing results, and thus preferences of users, a new website layout was designed. Its simplified visuals also simplifies navigation between items. Final recommendations are based on the best web design standards, while being combined with insights gained from qualitative research. At the same time research focuses on optimizing websites for portable devices. Presents users with modern treatment methods and sites are solutions for tracking Web Language School Hello.
