Zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace v letech 2013–2016. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit činnost a hospodaření církevní neziskové organizace Fatimský apoštolát v ČR a vytvořit návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení činnosti této organizace. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezen prostor pro definici základních pojmů, poté jsou zmíněny charakteristické znaky a typologie neziskových organizací, právní úprava, zdroje a metody financování, a nakonec téma fundraisingu. Další kapitola je věnována charakteristice vybrané organizace. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu činností a zdrojů financování. Další část se zabývá rozborem nákladů, výnosů a hospodářského výsledku jak v jednotlivých letech, tak i za celkové sledované období. V závěru praktické části jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné výsledky a navrženy doporučení ke zlepšení činnosti i hospodaření.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial management evaluation of a selected non-profit organization between the years 2013–2016. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the activities and financial management of the non-profit organization Apostolate of Fatima in the Czech Republic and to make suggestions and recommendations for improving the organization's activities. The theoretical part is dealing with the place for definition of the basic concepts, then there is mentioned characteristics and typologies of non-profit organizations, legal regulation, the sources and methods of financing and finally the theme of fundraising. The next chapter is dedicated to characteristics of the selected organization.Practical part contains the analysis of activities and sources of financing. Next part is dealing with analysis of costs, revenues and economic result both in individual years, as well as for the overall study period. In the conclusion of the practical part the results are evaluated and suggested recommendations designed to improve the operations and financial management.
