Analýza a hodnocení reakce u pacientů

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create an analytical information system for the Neurocognitive laboratory at the University Hospital Neurology Clinic. There are two reasons for creating this system. The first of them is to enable the patients of the Nurocognitive Clinic to practice the abilities of their brain more comfortably, in better quality and more frequently in order to recover its identical functions which may be disturbed or lost due to various diseases or damage, and also to maintain its long-term cognitive condition. The other aim is to create a modern and quality diagnostic system for physicians which will help accelerate their work and improve the offered services by facilitating slow evaluations of tests and by providing a number of additional calculations and graphs. The text of this thesis is composed of three parts. The first chapter introduces the reader to neuropsychology, cognitive functions and neurological disorders. Furthermore, with tests methods that are used for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of cognitive deficits and a description of neurocognitive rehabilitation. The second chapter deals with some analytical tools for implementing an information system and a detailed description of the Bourdon test. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis, design, implementation and realization of the project and potential problems associated with application development.
