Bytový dům s kavárnou v Brně-Jundrově

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to draw up a project of apartment house with coffee-bar situated in Brno – Jundrov. This place is presently used as a gardening area. In my thesis, there is planned a transformation of this area to a residential area according to already developed urban studies. An apartment house with a coffee-bar will be located north of the park square. The building with its main facade situated to the south should increase the atractiveness of this teritory. The object is designed as 4 floor building with basement. The view to the east offers the beautiful picture of pedestrian promenade and Svratka river. In front of the apartment house, there are a park square and a residential suburb. This thesis is divided into three parts – text part, drawing documentation and attachments.
