Abstract

Abstract The aim of this bachelor theses „The Tools of Communication Mix in a Business Enterprise“ is analysis of enterprise and its present communication mix. The theoretical part analyses single terms of marketing mix and especially the tools of communication mix. The theses objective is presentation SD Jednota in Vsetín and demarcation present tools of communication mix. Through questionnaire determine customer satisfaction with communication mix and use the results of questionnaire to propose recommendation for improvement communication with the customer.
