Optimalizace opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva ve městě Bohumín

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with possible threats to the city Bohumín emergencies. Analysis of the incidents are done by sector. Introductory section focuses on the qualitative analysis of emergency situations that may arise on a given territory, then the obligations, tasks and measures taken by the town by the preparation of emergency and carry out rescue and clean up operations. The paper described the existing and proposed optimal security tasks and measures to protect the population in the town of Bohumin. The work also contains brief information about the city Bohumin.
