Degradace vlastností litých niklových superslitin

Abstract

Práce se zabývá charakteristikou a rozdělením superslitin niklu. Také popisuje mikrostrukturu a aplikaci niklových superslitin, které nacházejí využití především za vysokých teplot. Nedílnou součástí je i vliv degradačních procesů jako tečení za vysokých teplot, tepelná únava a vysokoteplotní koroze. Experimentální část práce rozebírá změny mikrostruktury superslitiny MAR - M247 po vysokoteplotní expozici.

This thesis deals with the specific characteristic and classification of nickel-based superalloys. It also describes the microstructure and the application of nickel-based superalloys, which are useful especially at high temperatures. An integral part of my thesis is the effect od degradation processes, such as creep at high temperatures, thermal fatigue and high temperature corrosion. The experimental part of the work analyzes the changes in the microstructure of superalloy MAR - M247 after high temperature exposure.
