Autor se ve své práci zabývá analýzou činnosti Tenisového klubu Jeseník. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena organizační struktura sportovních klubů v ČR, marketing, management, sport, sport a Evropská Unie, tenis, SWOT analýza a dotazník. Praktická část je zaměřená na analýzu Tenisového klubu Jeseník. Výzkum je prováděn pomocí SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového šetření, prostřednictvím 17 otázek, vyplněných 60 respondenty.

In this thesis the author focuses on analyzing activities of the Tennis club Jeseník. In the theoretical part of the thesis the organizational structure of sport clubs in the Czech Republic, marketing, management, sport, sport and the EU, a SWOT analysis and a survey is presented. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the Tennis club Jeseník. Research was carried out by using a SWOT analysis and a survey. The survey contains 17 questions and was completed by 60 respondents.
