Abstract
The study deals with a compact housing, specifically in the form of the superblock. The aim is to explore the possibility of such housing with a view to balance the private and the public interest and the creation of a viable urban complex. Exemplary work processes from one approach: namely superblock Nová ves for 800 inhabitants.
