Abstract
This thesis is named Competitiveness Analysis of a Manufacturing Company. The first part contains theoretical concepts, such as competitiveness, competitive advantage, competition and business environment. The methods of assessing competitiveness are explained in the theoretical part. It is about the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, financial analysis and Porter's model Five Forces. The company HASIL, a. s. is characterized in the next part and methods of assessing competitiveness are applied to it. At last, the proposals and recommendations to increase competitiveness are formulated for HASIL, a. s.
