Abstract

In the dissertation thesis “The Creation of Business Plan for Establishing A Café“ an individual business plan is drawn up with the evaluation of external and internal factors which are effecting a newly founded company. The theoretical part consists of the specific business opportunity and the analysis of external and internal environment. At first, the PEST analysis is done, and then there comes the Porter analysis, marketing mix, financial plan and SWOT analysis. The final result of this work is the business plan as well as the evaluation of external and internal factors, proposals and recommendations for company and the evaluation of results of the first year.
