Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v energetickém podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal for an implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in an energy company. In the theoretical part, there is presented the Balanced Scorecard method and its perspective (financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth). Then there are described possibilities for the implementation of Balanced Scorecard in the company. In the practical part the company is presented, the strategy is clarified and the individual perspectives of the company are analysed. Then follows derivation of strategy goals, determination of the scales and target values and assessment of strategic actions to support the achievement of goals. In conclusion, the form of an expansion of Balanced Scorecard into the company is introduced and individuals, who are responsible for reaching the individual goals for successful achievement of the company’s strategy, are intended.
