Ekonomická analýza Městského ústavu sociálních služeb Chomutov, příspěvková organizace

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracována ekonomická analýza příspěvkové organizace, poskytovatele sociálních služeb, s cílem posoudit efektivní možnost transformování na společnost s ručením omezeným. V práci je popsáno současné ekonomické fungování příspěvkových organizací obecně i konkrétně v podmínkách studované organizace. Následně je zpracována ekonomická analýza MÚSS Chomutov. Předložené návrhy a doporučení jsou vypracovány s ohledem na možnou organizačně-právní přeměnu organizace. Na závěr je zařazeno zhodnocení efektivnosti a účelnosti transformace organizace na společnost s ručením omezeným.

In the thesis we present an economical analysis of an allowance oranization, a social services provider, with the aim to be able to transform to Limited Liability Company effectively. The thesis describes the current economical function of allowance organizations both in general and in the specific conditions of the researched organization itself, including an elaborated characteristic. An analysis of the economics of MÚSS Chomutov follows. Submitted concepts and recommendations were created with respect to the possible organizational-legal transformation of the organization. The work is concluded with an evaluation of the effectiveness and suitability of the transformation of the organization into a body corporate, namely a Limited Liability Company.
