Nakládání s odpady v litvínovské rafinérii

Abstract

V předložené práci jsou uvedeny základní informace o rafinérii zahrnující její vznik, vývoj a popis jednotlivých technologických procesů. Vedle platného zákona pro nakládání s odpady a jeho prováděcích předpisů uvádí i zákon o obalech a jeho prováděcí předpisy. Porovnáním povinností původce odpadů, které jsou dány legislativou, a činnostmi litvínovské rafinérie včetně kontrolní činnosti se zabývá hlavní část práce. V závěru je uvedeno hodnocení zavedeného systému nakládání s odpady z hlediska dodržování legislativních požadavků a jejich implementace do podnikatelské činnosti.

In the work submitted there is basic information on the refinery including its establishment, development and description of individual technological processes. It refers to the valid Act on Wastes and implementary regulations as well as the Act on Packaging and its implementary regulations. The main part of the work deals with a comparison of duties of the former of the wastes given by legislation and with activities of the Litvinov refinery, including the control activities. At the end of the work there is an assessment of the implemented system of wastes handling in term of adherence to legislative requirements and their implementation to the business activity.
