Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the usage of Military area Hradiště and it’s potential development in tourism. First chapters describes the geological evolution, fauna, flora and the history of colonization in Doupovské mountains. The next part is dealing with a present status of the area and how the Czech Army uses it. Author is analyzing possible usage of Doupov after cancellation of the military area. The author i salso designing touristic routes in the central parts of Doupovské mountains and its surroundings.
