Technologický postup hrubé stavby bytového domu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu pro stavební povolení, časové plánování, rozpočet, zařízení staveniště a technologický postup hrubé stavby bytového domu jednoho podlaží.

Stavba bytového domu má čtyři podlaží a to tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Celkem obsahuje šest samostatných bytových jednotek o velikosti 2+1, společné schodiště a vstupní chodbu. Tvarově představuje symetrický obdélník s plochou střechou. Fasáda je hladká s vodorovným dřevěným členěním v oblasti oken. Celá stavba bytového domu je provedena ve zděném systému Heluz a to i včetně stropů. Počet stran je 85.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at developing the project documentation of an apartment block for builing permit, time planning, cost estimate, building site arrangement and technological procedure for the structural works of one floor of this apartment block.

The building of the appartment block has four floors of which three are above the ground and one is below the ground. It consists of six individual flat units with the size of 2+1, common staircase and entrance hall. The shape of the building is a symmetric rectangle with a flat roof. The facade is smooth with vertical wooden structuring in the window area. The entire building, including the ceilings is designed of Heluz brick system. Number of pages 85.
