Bytový dům v Karviné

Abstract

Zpracování bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na návrh projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu. Závěrečná práce obsahuje i statický výpočet vybraného konstrukčního prvku a tepelně technické posouzení střechy. Stavba je samostatně stojící bytový dům, který je navržen v stěnovém konstrukčním systému Porotherm. Objekt se skládá ze tří nadzemních a jednoho podzemního podlaží. Bytový dům je navržen v bezbariérovém standartu. Součástí dokumentace je i varianta bytových jednotek pro zdravotně tělesně handicapované.

The elaboration of the bachelor´s thesis is focused on the design of project documentation for construction of an apartment building. The final thesis includes a static calculation of the selected structural element and a thermal technical assessment of the roof. The building is a detached apartment house, which is designed in the Porotherm wall construction systém. The building consists of three above-ground and one basement floor. The residential building is designed in barrier-free standard. The documentation also includes a variant of housing units for the disabled.
