Bachelor thesis: Wage issues

The topic of my bachelor thesis is wage issues. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter, I have closely scrutinized wage theory, concepts of wage, and the difference between wage and pay. In the second chapter, I have outlined approaches to wage calculation that could have been applied between 2008 and 2011 have and then calculated the difference that arose when different approaches are applied. In the last chapter, I have compared wage difference in Czech regions among employees with comparable education and work experience. Moreover, I have explained the difference in remuneration in private and public sector to make sure that the thesis can be understood by general schema_dspacedb.
