Abstract
The aim of this bachelor´s work is to determine customer satisfaction with the overall impression of the accommodation and catering facilities and attendant wine cellar Skalák through questionnaire survey and propose recommendations leading to greater customer satisfaction. This work is divided into seven parts. The first two sections deal with an introduction, methodology, and to work. Another part deals with the theoretical characteristics of catering and accommodation facilities. The fourth part presents a wine cellar Skalák where further characterized by services that are offered to customers. The fifth part is the so-called practical, where it is processed customer satisfaction research. First, it describes the research process and is then carried out a questionnaire survey to determine customer satisfaction this company. The research results are illustrated using graphs and tables. At the conclusion the proposals and recommendations, which will certainly lead to greater customer satisfaction Skalák wine cellar.
